Here I am trying on a bike at Panama City Beach Bike Week a few years ago. It actually felt really good, and not too top heavy like I expected. I LOVED this bike, and was honestly considering it. But I like the twisties too much.

So the Turo Rental agreement specifically mentions that there will be absolutely no off road driving. I'm just going to assume that most have GPS trackers on them, thus the reason I was asking about actual public roadways. Do you know if these are considered public roadways?
