I tried using the heater in my 05 TJ and it's blowing cold. I just replaced my thermostat a couple weeks ago and it running at normal operating temperature. Heater hoses are hot. just not blowing any heat out of any vent. I guess I need to rip the dash off and check the controls...

Today I decided to see why my Jeep was running cold. I was getting a P0128 code. It had a rotten egg smell also. I pulled the thermostat out and here's how it looked... These pieces are a hard plastic material and I have no idea how they got in my engine. Also my exhaust had the rotten egg smell...

I started my 2005 4.0 today and heard a strange sound. Kind of chirp sound. I opened the hood and it's coming from the oil pump drive. I can touch the top of it and feel some scraping. It was a weird chirp sound too. It wasn't constant but happened more as I revved it a little.

On my 2005 TJ auto, I want to figure out how to adjust the shifter. When putting it in drive it does not feel normal and it shows that it's in neutral. I bought this TJ a couple months ago and it has a rebuilt trans.
