The bumper bolts on my 2002 are definitely standard 1/2-13 . The sway bar bolts were metric .

A Speedohealer will not fix an erratic speedometer . If your speedometer is bouncing you you should start by verifying the yoke is torqued to 200 ft/pounds and all electrical connections are good . If that doesn’t fix it you likely have a bad sensor .

I’d love to see Wizard Recovery Gear offer a tree saver . I have trust issues with the majority of tree savers that I see mass marketed . I have no such issues with WRG products . I will continue to use my old lifting strap for now .

If you try cranking it , you’ll still be wondering if it is a starter issue . If you take it to have it load tested , you’ll either realize that’s the real problem or rule that out .

Try charging the battery and then have it load tested at your local auto parts store . Sounds like you have a shorted cell .

Just be sure to check the measurements at full droop . That will be the shortest your driveline will see . You don’t want the driveshaft fully collapsed before full droop . It’s also a good idea to try and bolt the driveshaft up to the rear yoke at full droop to make sure you haven’t exceeded...

My measurements were for center of front ujoint to center of rear ujoint . These measurements are slightly longer than measuring yoke to yoke due to the angle created by the double cardan joint .

I have the same mods on a 2002 automatic . I set my pinion angles before I ordered my new driveshafts . The front measured 39-7/8 . The rear measured 20-5/8 . I don’t know how much difference in measurements my automatic transmission would be compared to your manual .

Rockstar Garage has a good video there from The Great American Crawl . Near the end of the video you’ll see Nic Ashby almost go end over end on Firebreak . I wouldn’t recommend that obstacle to anyone .

I love Hollerwood . We were there 3 times last year . We’ve had lunch in Townsend cave several times . Really nice spot to cool down in the heat of the day . Stump cave is another good one . I’m hoping my Jeep and I are up to Big Widow this year .
