    So broke out the pico today def not the TPS... and I don't think its a ground issue. I have cleaned and tightened all grounds. Lights and idle seem to be fine without issue, etc.

    Issues with 42RLE

    In Drive rpms are high and it feels like the drivetrain is only getting say a quarter to half of the torque it should. If i put it in Manual 1 or Manual 2 it gets all the torque like its supposed to. Fluid level is good and Mopar ATF+4 looks decent color to me.

    I ran it this morning to heat it up brought it back and checked the transmission fluid temp. It was at 160. Looking at the fsm it showed that was not all the way full at hot. I added a half qt and drove it again and shifting seemed to be spot on now...

    Sorry, but what connectors are you talking about? PCM? I looked on the old pcm that was swapped out and the pins look fine. I am wondering if at higher RPMs if its just slipping too much to shift. But at lower RPMs it shifts fine? I wish I knew more about A/T functions.

    I actually pulled one from a local yard for 50 bucks. But that is what they wanted to charge me for a Reman pcm... Either way I am hoping to find some decent thoughts on troubleshooting, any suggestions?

    I took it to a shop. They said it was pcm. They replaced the pcm and it still doing it... I need help here as I understand the transmission and transmission control the least. What is involved in letting the jeep know when to shift? Right now if i stay around half throttle it will shift fine...

    New pump is in and stalling issue seems to be gone! I still have the issue of missing shifts at wide open throttle which is annoying but at least its drivable for now.

    So I checked with the new gauge and it showed 46psi on prime, under load, and after shutting off it would drop to 45psi. Would 3 psi really cause lots of issues? I am tempted to replace the pump anyway considering it is likely the original pump with 180k on it.

    I will be double checking my fuel pressures with a second gauge tomorrow. If it's not at 49 psi I will be replacing the pump within the next couple of days. Thanks for the reply

    Interesting about the 02 sensors. Were any of them showing any signs if issues? Scan tool live data showing O2's responding as they should for now. LTFT and STFT are showing +5 total.

    Also wanted to mention today I upgraded to 160 amp Alternator and Viper coil instead of coil rail. It didn't do much of anything noticeable but now i can check spark/change plugs etc without having to unbolt rail etc...

    Finally got the new fuel gauge in today as well as a fuel pump just in case... I also swapped in an older IAC from a WJ i have and the idle seemed to smooth out. However I drove her for 20 minutes or so and she did stall at a light again. It seemed more random of a stall this time though vs idle...

    Looks like + through fuse #8 10amp under right side of dash. From there to connector 2 pin 3 on the heater control switch via red/dark green wire.
