    Starting Issue

Thank you Goatman, I have tried starting the Jeep a few times since the last post and have had no further issues so suspect it is just an intermittent issue. I have always worked on the basis of don't try and fix something that isn't broken so have decided to leave as is for now. If it is a...

    Starting Issue

Hi ya'all, I have checked all the earth cables (removed and cleaned with sand paper) but no improvement. However I have tried starting the Jeep with the accelerator pressed firmly on the floor and away it went? This is very like some of my old cars when they were flooded (fuel) but I can't see...

    Starting Issue

Hi guys, I have a intermittent starting issue with my 2000 4.0 Auto Wrangler. When I turn it over on the starter it makes a different noise to normal and refuses to start. I have replaced the Crankshaft Position Sensor and it made no difference so I started checking the fuses and after swapping...

    Crank Position Sensor Test

Hey guys, do any of you know how to properly test your CPS? I have had some electrical issues part of which is a reluctance to start at times. Most recently my Jeep wouldn't start so I replaced the CPS and away she went, smooth as silk but then the next day she wouldn't start again. I started...

    Novak transfer case shifter install

When fitting mine the hardest part was removing the skid plate as some of the nuts were turning in the chassis. However, once removed the job was much easier.

    Rancho 9000XL shocks?

I have been running RS9000 shocks for some years and do like to adjust them to suit the type of off roading I am doing at the time. I have just broken an adjuster knob off one of the rears so need to replace that one but they must be 10 years old and have done some reasonably difficult off...

Is the 32RH a good transmission?

I have heard that you have to be careful if going through deep water as the breather is in the bell housing. If it sucks water in then you will have trouble. I avoid deep water as a result. Maybe one day when I have to take the trans out I will shift the breather to the top of the trans and run...

Your go to beer or liquor

I make my own spirits and liqueurs but do prefer my home made cane rum mixed with ginger beer. But am happy to drink any of my other brews. One thing I have noticed with making my own is that I never get a hang over anymore. Must be all the good stuff I put in it and no preservatives etc?
