    Parking Brake won't full disengage — is it cables?

    2005 LJ. Driver's side spring behind wheel (to which e-bake cable attaches) only partially disengages. Attached are 3 pictures: Driver's side engaged. Driver's disengaged (as much as it can). And, then the passenger fully disengaged for reference. I had the full drum brake on that side...

    Sorry to come in here 3 years late. Different angle on same question. I don't drive my TJ that many miles (2nd car). How long (months) can I go before doing a conventional oil change? I put maybe 3,000 miles / year on it. Thanks!
