    Left blinker comes on solid when I brake

    I know it sounds odd but the left blinker comes on 80% of the time when I apply the brakes. As soon as I let up on the brake it goes off. It doesn't blink just stays solid green. Any ideas what I can do to fix this? It's a 1998 TJ, the 4 cylinder model.
