98' 5.9 grands are pretty cheap these days. Got mine for 1200 bux and it needed a trans. To swap that drivetrain in my tj would be ridiculous, the low end torque of the 5.9 geared properly can be great on the trails. Probably better fuel mileage than the 4.0.

I just did my valve cover last night and have them if you need them. Didn't use them with the new valve cover.
