    I don't see a split in the spacer compromising it's function. But if you want a more durable material they do make aluminum and steel ones.

    OEM lenses and housings are cheap off of eBay. I prefer the stock housing and lens because I want the stock look, but I've modified the inside bulbs for unequaled brightness.

    That's a good point. He couldn't adjust the pinion angle due to the stock control arms and so the U-joint at the pinion bound up.
