Instead of welding plugs to close up the holes, wouldn't the expandable freeze plugs work just as well and still be able to remove them for future clean ups? Just my 2 cents!!

If you need a factory head unit, I just changed mine in my 05 just because I wanted one with Bluetooth. It always worked fine, as a matter of fact as good a sound as my new Clarion.Let me know if interested.

You'll have to search these forums like I did. They are getting rare as I found out. Check the for sale items often and you'd be surprised what you'll find.
