Looking for a couple of the hinge covers for the tub side of the hinge for my buddy’s LJ.

That is the ZJ tie rod, it’s diameter is a bit larger and it’s solid not hollow tubing like the TJ one.

Factory padding is shorter when paired with the soundbar.

I have a OEM 2006 top that fits my 2000 perfectly. So I would imagine the reverse would work as well. The only difference I could find is the pivot brackets on the B-piller are slightly different lengths due to the change in the roll bar padding early vs late.

If I remember correctly, the ZJ drag link has a different angle of bend at the stabilizer mounting point than the TJ drag link. When I did mine I used a TJ drag link with the ZJ tie rod. The solid ZJ tie rod is where you get the strength advantage over the hollow TJ tie rod. The drag links...

Those look correct. The two mounting points are hidden behind the BedRug. Single hole on bottom, long curved slotted arm in top.
