I found them locally at Elliott's Hardware. The seat track rides on lower bushing. The only time I could see the top bushing being utilized is if the seat is heavily compressed and then it looks like the upper and lower make contact for additional support.

Glad you and the Jeep are safe! Tailgate doesn’t look too bad. Was hard not to chuckle at your vivid description. Sometimes when crazy stuff happens like that as long as everyone’s ok you just have to chalk it up to a learning experience and walk away knowing that you’ll never do that again!
