Thanks man, that is super generous of you! The gravel place is less than a mile from my house and they get directly from a quarry, so they gave me a good deal on delivery.

That is definitely a concern of mine. They do have Home Depot as an authorized dealer, which I’ve considered ordering through them, so at least I have a physical location to go to if I have any problems with what is delivered.

I appreciate the recommendation, but this has already evolved from simply buying a tarp carport from harbor freight, and putting it on the cracked concrete pad, to what it is now… if I was going the route you suggested, then I’d redo the concrete, and build an entire shop with a 2 post lift...

Yes there were two “straps” that pulled the back part towards the bottom and had hog toes through them and the base.

Yesterday I was able to get some maintenance done, greased the tie rods, track bar, ball joints, and front and rear driveshaft. Today I put some miles on it, driving it out to the Fisher covered bridge. Rare occasion for us to have snow.
