I have to replace my the locker in the rear of my Jeep. I was looking at used lockers and can only find front factory lockers. My question is if I purchase a front factory locker, will it fit in the rear axle w/o any modifications?

Does anyone know where I can get a an LSD for the rear axle for an '05 Rubicon? Looks like factory is no longer supplying replacements.

Diff oil is good. I other day I feared the noise was the gears in the front axle getting hot and making noise after the highway. I drained the diff to see how much oil was in there and it was a decent amount. The leak doesn't seem to be too bad. I then refilled the diff.

I should probably also note that there are no vibrations or shaking felt while this occurs.

Stays the same regardless of RPM, but does change with speed.

Forgot to mention that after stalling/when I blip the throttle and the check engine flicker, the gas gage will read empty and usually slowly return to it's correct reading.

I was having this same issue and I found that the timing chain had a slight bit of slack in it. I replaced the timing chain and the issue went away for awhile. The issue is back again, though. Rick, did you ever figure out your issue(s) ?
