Hello Neighbor! They look like my seats :). I've researched that also, and there doesn't seem to be any " direct fit " that doesn't require additional brackets. Word on the street is, Hyndai Tiberon seats are a direct fit, if you can find a set..... Maybe several others, but no new seats that...

I just aimed mine a little lower than I would using halogens. Never had a problem since. Most of the new cars, blind everyone right out of the factory, so, it is what it is. My dad has a new Wrangler, right off the lot with LED lighting and he get flashed all the time.

I have the unheated ones and never had a problem. Normal headlights don't get hot enough to " melt snow " either and I have had those get covered up ... don't know the purpose of heated except to cost more.

I've also flushed my heater core with CLR in the past, just disconnect it from the engine first.....LOL

Plus you have to figure all the oil that is still clinging to engine internals and oil pan. bet if you could scrape all that out, it would probably be half a quart also.....

I did it a few years back also. I cut and welded in to delete the fender mounted units also. Love it.

I did the same thing to my tub also, but with boom mat sound deadening stuff. It does make a world of difference. I just didn't do the floor as I didn't want something trapping moisture incase I got any water inside.

Like I say, if it has paperwork. Otherwise your taking a chance on a junk yard one or worse. Saying just because it has a lift it has been beat on is silly. Sort of like saying certain minorities don't work or are all bad drivers........

Yes, Jerry is absolutely correct. In NJ you will be failed and they won't even test your vehicle any further if you've just cleared your codes and it doesn't have the 7 readys in the ECM.
