Running 33” Cooper STT Pro’s right now. Only have a few thousand on them but I’ve been impressed so far this winter. Running 20 psi around town this winter with good results. Took them down to 10 psi in some deep snow and they hooked up great.

I just installed the Currie steering setup today, and I can’t get any of the zerks to take any grease. Any tips on getting them lubed up?

Bolted up some BEEFY Currie steering this afternoon. No more worrying about the stock tie rod.

I cut some PVC pipe rounds and put them between the snubber and the tire. Not the best solution but it’s been fine for years.

I’ve run Castrol 10/30 with a wix filter for the life of my LJ. No particular reason just what standard oil I could buy cheap locally. I change when the oil starts to darken, I can also hear a little lifter noise on startup when a change is needed. Usually 3-4K miles.

That brings back some memories! I had one of those I’d carry around in my YJ when I was in high school since the radio in it didn’t work. Wonder whatever happened to it.
