Mods that I liked more than I expected

The idea came from the How to threads: TJ Glovebox Light Install if you are planning to replace your glovebox or center console I would recommend you do both mods at the same time

    How-To Dupli-Color Your Tub

2 years ago I decided to remove the carpet the PO had installed on the TJ, the job was poorly done and it kind of looked like a fabric puzzle, I also had a leak on the top corner of the driver door that made the carpet stink for days after a rainy day so I decided to check different options to...

Installing stock air box (has anyone done it before?)

Thanks! that's what I was thinking (mine is a 98), the part list image is just a reference for the table next to it... the part numbers according to the motor type is 5303 0611 (ER0 column for 4.0 and EP0 for 2.5 engine). Do you have images of your engine bay you could share?, i'll need to...

Installing stock air box (has anyone done it before?)

Thanks for your pictures!, I guess it only rises up more questions about it :v, I'm intending to change the heater core so it might be the right time to temporally remove my ac system as I gather more information about my engine/AC configuration. I remember the last time I replaced the timing...

Installing stock air box (has anyone done it before?)

This week I finally found the air filter holder (cheap and local) my TJ was missing, the PO had installed a cheap cone air filter and I intend to remove it. I know the part should fit in position because of the shape and the screw holes in the engine compartment but the AC lines are in the way...

WTB: Rear seat latch brackets & locking pins

@Jerry Bransford do you have the part number of the gauge or is it the same as the OP? (8457) Did you mount the sensor on the oil pan as well? are you using the drain bolt hole or a new hole? Thanks!

WTB: Oil cooler lines mounting brackets

I have a knocking noise coming from the metal lines and the oil pan and it's driving me crazy, I'll probably have to make my own bracket but I'm not sure where I can mount it to without making any holes to the frame, for the moment I'll take your advice adding a split hose on the noisy bit of...
