Does anyone have or know of a source for a cutaway drawing or something similar that shows the location / paths of the coolant passages through the block? Thanks
So the rust is finally catching up to me here in central Indiana. It's not through the metal yet but the bubbling is getting pretty obvious. I checked with C2C (classic to current) Fabrication about the dimensions of their replacement panels could cover the extra length of the Unlimited and...
2005 TJ Unlimited. No lift.
Circumstances have turned my Jeep into a small truck. The rear seat is out and the space behind the seats is now often full of tool boxes and other remodeling tools. My springs are holding up pretty well since I don't routinely keep the rear end loaded for weeks...
I see this thread has been around a while. I’m considering their front bumper for my MJ. I can’t find an EAG website. One poster mentioned Paramount but I can’t confirm that they make EAG products. Anyone else have info on the EAG company? I do also have a TJU btw. :^)
I've been wondering what the purpose of a stinger is myself. There are some I do like the look of, but most I don't. Surely there must be some purpose in mind?
Stating the obvious, it does sound like you've had a very tough year. I'm going to be out visiting my brother the week after july 4th and would love to see you if your schedule works out. We could mourn the passing of the 4 X 4 shop and Jeep boneyard together if you have some time!
I’m looking for one in good condition for an experimental installation on my MJ. Preferably either a couple of hours drive from Indianapolis or West Palm Beach, or you’ll ship.
I’m hoping someone has done an upgrade and is ready to throw the OEM one away.

Those are very cool. The PO of my LJ found a set of those wheels, at least the best I can tell from the pics, and I like them from a looks standpoint. They're not sexy, and they're steel, but they're pretty unique.
@Neal Yeah, that's the one I've seen that looks the most complete. It's a fairly small investment and I think i could tell something from the first one I pulled off the backing. going to take @Jerry Bransford 's advice and get rid of the tint first.
Thanks to everyone.
@Jerry Bransford - I agree that's the first thing to do. Researching how to remove that tint leads me to believe that it's best done when it's a bit warmer, so that's why I'm waiting. no heat in the garage. Still not 100% convinced that will resolve the problem. There still is a lot of...
I have trouble seeing the instruments in my TJL during the day when my lights are not on. I know that window tint (PO) is too dark and I'm going to take care of that, but I think I'll still have trouble seeing the gauges and needle locations. Has anyone used an overlay - probably black on...
I saw it and enjoyed it. I mostly liked the music. The guy playing Freddie Mercury was pretty good IMHO. I'm an ex-weekend drummer and I didn't listen to much Queen back in the day. I will say that they were a much better band than I thought.
I’m on my first Wrangler (XJ then MJ) and I have to admit I sometimes feel like I’m owning my first Jeep. Not dissing my other 2, but the Wrangler body style is without a doubt the icon of the brand.

Does anyone know of a good source for either needle zerks or (preferably) the caps? I just put a Currie Dana 44 under the front end of my MJ and I would lime to replace a standard zerk in the location discussed earlier in this thread. Everything I've found so far is pricey for ones and twos...
I have a pre-rusted XJ right here in Indianapolis for you. Direct view of the road from your driver's seat without looking out the window. I'm looking for a good home for it cause it still runs strong @ 300k.
