my rear pinion seal is leaking AGAIN 3rd seal in 2yrs i know i installed it correctly also cleaned all surfaces on axle and pinion NO nicks in metal all rust on pinion sanded off (400 grit and scotchbrite pad) and yes it is the correct seal am i missing something or what should i look for

so ive had this problem with css. when i push in clutch to start the jeep some times it wont start but if i let up on clutch and redepress it it will start have tried disconnecting the fuze( #20iirc) it wont start at all with it disconnected ( 99 wrangler)

i was told an oem tailgate from a1999 tj would fit the 05 tub i bought the gate is oem but it wont close it like it is to big and the striker wont move far enough to let the catch get ahold of it . Am i missing something? i would put pics on post but haven't figured out how
