What did you do to your TJ today?

Sounds like your TJ did its job protecting your daughter. Sorry about your Jeep, but happy for your daughter. Take care!

What did you do to your TJ today?

Installed the Flipurtop kit on my soft top. Overall it went well, although I added a couple more velcro tie downs for good measure, as the one supplied barely fit. My dog did her usual good job of supervising, and being an all around tripping hazard.

Arizona Reliable TJ Service in Phoenix, Arizona?

I just bought the TJ last week, but it appears that the PO bought Wrangler 31x10.5x 15's at Sam's club. (I have pretty much every receipt since it was new!). Also, my Jeep is a stocker, and rolls really smooth, no matter what the speed. Again, I'd give the guys at ATAC a call, I wouldn't be...

Arizona Reliable TJ Service in Phoenix, Arizona?

I think it depends on what you are looking for. There are numerous shops to put on bolt on accessories, (especially for the JK crowd) but when it comes to maintenance, I have had good luck with ATAC Arizona Total Auto in Gilbert. Granted, this was with my YJ (which is why I finally rebooted my...

    Stock-sanity

Nice Jeep! I agree with the keep it stock philosophy, although there is nothing wrong with those who build theirs to the max. I bought a TJ last week, and I also own a YJ. I got tired of chasing problems In the YJ that basically boiled down to it having over 300,000 miles, and needs a serious...

Which Jeep Wrangler TJ mods are a waste of money?

I just bought a TJ last week, and that was one of the first question the insurance company asked. (If it had daytime driving lights).

    Tempe got sandblasted today

I'm in the far East valley, next to Superstition Mountain. Got more that dust, had a severe microburst hit the house, lots of rain. Not only peeled shingles, but tar paper down to plywood as well. Sky was very angry, but my Jeeps are fine. :)

Daily Driver, Go Where I Want To Build

All of Colorado isn't beautiful, just as all of Arizona isn't desert. That's what road trips are for!

How many keep their top off no matter what?

The TJ not only has A/C, but cruise control as well. That's kinda nice, as it's currently 112° here! The TJ sure rides nicer too. I don't have to make an appointment with the dentist to replace lost fillings after rough trails like I do with the YJ. But the YJ does have more of a beastly feel...

How many keep their top off no matter what?

Here in Arizona I pretty much always keep the top off. It would be nice to be caught in that stuff that you call "Rain", but that is a rare occurrence. Note: This is in my YJ, which is pretty much a beast. I just picked up a 2001 TJ since the YJ is needing a rebuild of pretty much everything...
