Thanks Jerry, I would say both front tires had equal traction, which is probably why they both were spinning in the loose terrain. That’s pretty sound advice KC. I’ve been wanting some beefier covers due to the rocky terrain around here anyway.

I bought my TJ used and the PO wasn’t sure what was done to it. I was wheeling today and watched a video of me climbing a hill and both front tires were spinning. I don’t have lockers, do you think someone at one time put in a limited slip?

Nope. Especially not for that price. And you'll probably have to fight every nut and bolt on that thing to do any mods or repairs.

Thanks for the reply. I found a site called Right Channel Radios through a Google search and they sell entire CB kits for Jeeps. They also sell a neat external speaker that says and has a Jeep on the front. (I'm not affiliated with them in any way.)

Installed Energy Suspension rear sway bar bushing set and new rear sway bar links. The old bushings were pretty worn, the ride feels way better. Installed Misch Big Boy brackets on the driver's side. So nice to have a couple more inches!

Finally got the Quadratec Hydro 7s installed. Same part number as the Skyjackers I took off on the rear, which would explain why the ride didn't change too much. Put about 6 hours on them today, 2 hours on the trail, 2 on dirt roads and the rest on pavement. Next time I'll go Rancho.

Taking a cue from 05 Blue Unlimited's beer/liquor post... What's your go to and/or favorite CIGAR? My go to is the Brick House Maduro or La Aurora Escogidos, although I had an Undercrown Shade the other day and it was pretty darn good.
