Just got the new hood center latch installed a couple days ago. I couldn't find the self-tapping kind of bolt but the threads and length were correct and it seemed to install perfectly.

I decided to add a rear view mirror and tried the 3M adhesive backed mounting bracket which failed after a few days. Part of the problem is that one of the previous owners installed a piece of plastic glare tint about 5 inches wide on the inside of the windshield so that's what a rear view...

Very nice looking TJ !!! Mine needs quite a bit of TLC. I have a lot of little things that need attention. First one was a very minor oil leak. Replaced the o ring on the oil filter adapter which looked to be the culprit. Hopefully that did the trick.

Just bought this 98 Sport TJ from a buddy that's moving out West and didn't want to take it with him as he expects to be doing a ton of highway driving out there.
