Hey guys, I’ve got an 05 LJR with a 4.8 in it, I’m curious if I purchase hptuners to tune the ls can I also use it to adjust speedometer (running factory gauges). I have both obd ports under my dash. Also would I be required to purchase a second license just to adjust speedometer?

97 TJ looking for a clean frame and glass, as close to nw Ohio as possible. Thanks!
