    $25,000 TJ

Sharing this with the gang here on the forum. Looks like a really nice 03'. But is it odd that there's a transfer case drop when its got a Tom Woods aftermarket shaft and a SYE? Plus the drop pitman arm often seems to be a 'no go' for many TJ owners, so maybe its like the old saying, "every Jeep...

My grandfather gifted me a gas tank

My 90 plus year old grandfather (a retired stick welder) suggested I bolt this thing up to my Jeep as an aux fuel tank. Apparently, it came from an old boat he recently disposed of. First off, I'mnot doing that, but is it something that people would have done decades ago? 😆

    Over $15k

I know there's shortages and 'clean' TJ's are rare but this one is up there. The miles are low for the year but the frame has to be immaculate to fetch over 15k, I'd imagine: https://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/cto/d/canton-2003-jeep-wrangler-sahara-40-tj/7426461404.html

    4-banger for a whopping 12k!

The market is "hot". Dare I say REALLY full of extreme asking prices such this: a 4cyl with no AC. 😵‍💫 Jeep Wranlger Tj 2005 https://cnj.craigslist.org/cto/d/whitehouse-station-jeep-wranlger-tj-2005/7421266766.html

    Rancho RS5000X install question

Im installing Ranchos on my 2001 TJ and noticed they are wider than the Zone shocks Im replacing. That said, after installing one, I notice the contact point between the lower spring bucket of my Dana 44 and the tube of the shock is very close. I feel like Ive read that people install these...

    Another ‘clean’ TJ but 24k?

Nice TJ but 🧐 for that asking price I’d expect a SYE, not transfer case drop. 1999 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 SPORT 4x4 https://newyork.craigslist.org/lgi/cto/d/new-hyde-park-1999-jeep-wrangler-40/7278338426.html

A clean gem in NJ on CL?

I often surf CL for anything Jeep, and found the following. Looks incredibly clean. Made me pause for a second and consider selling my JKU......but only if it were an LJ: https://newjersey.craigslist.org/cto/d/pompton-lakes-2006-jeep-wrangler-bullet/7276965999.html

CL NE Rubi find (not cheap)

As a Jeep nut, Im often scanning CL for ‘Jeep’ anything. Found this nice looking Rubicon and figured I’d share it with the community because I know a lot of you would appreciate and share your opinions, which are often interesting. It’s certainly a rare gem for a NE Jeep: Lifted Flame Red 2006...

    TJ over my JKU

Long story short- I bought a Sahara JKU, for a steal, from a long time friend. Been driving it for over a month and I still favor my TJ over the JK. So much so, that I find myself itching to drive the TJ more and furthermore, have a ‘like’ / hate’ for the JK. Curious how many of you have a JK...

    What brand of crankshaft sensor?

Looking for a crankshaft position sensor and it seems the Mopar (Part Number: 4897321AB) is no longer available. Does anyone know what other brand would be 'reliable' or best? Thanks

    New fuel pump in! But...

....I didnt realize there was a blown 20A fuse! Obviously I didn’t diagnose my stall intelligently enough prior to changing the pump, but it worked out anyway. I got to clean and coat the frame above the tank and was able to remove all the nuts without issue. My question is, could the fuse have...

    Rear stabilizer bushing inquiry

Anyone know if the bushing that attaches to the rear axle needs to be slitted on the flat side to be installed? The OE has a slit, but the Crown version does not. On Crown’s website they show a bushing with a slit. But what I received does not have one. Would anyone recommend I slit it, or try...

Anyone familiar with how the anti-syphon restrictor should look?

Hi all~Im at a loss here Anyone familiar with how the anti-syphon restrictor should look? If so, should the ball sit behind the spring, as shown in the photo? Or should the ball be at the top, and the spring behind? I dont remember seeing the spring when I fed the syphon hose in. Im...

    Need to drain fuel tank

Hi everyone- Im in the middle of a fuel pump change. So far, all nuts have come loose. The hitch was an extra step, but that was cake with an impact. All three cables: fuel, electric and vapor are disconnected. Inlet unscrewed as well. However, I’ve got close to maybe 11 / 13 gallons in my...

    B&M short shifter inquiry

My TJ has the AX-15 w a sloppy (maybe considered normal) shifter tower. That stated, I met someone with a TJ that has the B&M short shifter installed in his TJ. It instantly got me hooked. At the time, I didn’t ask which manual he has, but I believe it was the NV3550. Immediately upon arriving...

Found my AC leak, but is it the condenser?

Took my Jeep out for the day, yesterday. Kept the AC pumping all day long and it was still going ice cold. Today, I decided to check around the AC hoses and found what seemed to clearly be the leak point, according to the colored dye. Big question: Is it my hose(s) or condenser? Any feedback...
