backup lights wiring

I"m looking to put a much brighter auxiliary backup light on my TJ. The intent is that when the rig is put in reverse, the auxiliary backup lights come on. That's the simple part. It would also be handy to be able to turn the lights on for use as work lights independent of the backup circuit...
