fuel line

Previous owner had this line disconnected that goes to this elbow. I haven't had issues but noticed gas on my first injector and that I had a leaking o ring. Now I instead think this line is dripping fuel. Is this line important / should it be connected to the elbow?

I'm about to take the familiar undertaking of swapping out my exhaust manifold and gasket on my 97 4.0 5 Speed. I was wondering if anyone knew what bolts to get for the fuel line holder bracket? Mine is just dangling and rusted and I'm going to get a new one on Ebay (attached).

Had a recent fuel pump put on my jeep by a local mechanic. Unfortunately he didn't tell me about the fuel line from the fuel pump to the metal line on the jeep having issues. It was put on with a regular hose clamp which under pressure was now popping off. Now i'm on the search for a new...
