leakage

Went to go check zip ties under the Jeep because I recently installed a aux transmission cooler. As I was checking I noticed some type of fluid but I’m not too sure what exactly it is. It’s right next to the engine oil pan if I’m not mistaken (my knowledge of vehicles isn’t the best but hey...

My trunk is always damp where my hand is and it continues down under the back seat in the very corner. I didn’t take a pic but also where the bar meets on the right side. Are jeep tj trunks prone to rain water leakage? I havent been able to find where mine is coming in. I’m guessing the seals?
