rebuild dana 35

I am finishing up a regear on my 06. I noticed there is no oil slinger on the rear pinion. Is this normal? I've only ever changes the gear lube but never noticed. Also the regear kit I ordered from Yukon did not come with one that fits the new or old pinion as well. Do they now come factory like...

Need some opinions on what needs to be increased or decreased. Dana 35 4.88 gear Currently reading .008 backlash Looks like it needs the pinion shim to be increased maybe? Thoughts from the gearing guys? @hosejockey61 I know you just did a 35 Any help is appreciated

Ive been having a noise in my drivetrain Took it to some local mechanics, most say its the pinion bearing or a bearing in the Diff. That could be true but also wondering if it could be my harmonic balancer? Also looking at my options if it is my diff Whether to rebuild to a strong built dana...
