tickiing

Hey guys, My TJ (1998) has developed an intermittent ticking noise and I’m stuck. I’ve already replaced the multifunction / indicator stalk because a few threads pointed that way, but the tick is still there. It’s not constant – it comes and goes, runs for a bit then stops, then starts again...

I have a new noise that started just the other day. I have a video where you can hear it: The rhythmic ticking you hear throughout the video is what I'm talking about. I could not locate it's origin. Sound like anything anyone has heard?
