Going to be receiving master rebuild kits soon and curious if I should by the eliminator kits? I get quite a few mixed answers while surfing.
02 TJ Dana 44 / Dana 30 both use crush sleeve?

Does anyone know of an aftermarket crush sleeve eliminator kit for the LP dana 30? Can't find anything online

I was nervous doing the Dana 30 with the crush sleeve. I bought an extra on Amazon just in case... I ended up overtightening the first one, second was money. I think it's easier than shimming, once you figure it out.
I did over tighten the first go, so I'll have to take it all apart, again. But what I like about the eliminators is once it's dialed in, all that's left to do is to torque it to spec and pinion preload is already set. Plus the whole changing a seal out thing is nice when you don't have to worry about overtightening.
No different axle completely. Sorry didn't realize you were already in the middle of a low pinion Dana 30 regear/install
I am not aware of anyone producing a solid spacer kit for the LP30.
