Couple options. If I can’t get it passed in Ca. Then I have friends in other states that won’t mind me moving in (read between the lines) and registering it in Nevada, Arizona or Oregon. Failing that I’ll Trailor it and make it a full blown OHV toy. What's your plan to pass smog?
If they are still available on amazon buy it, snag the sticker and send it back. LOLAnyone on here in a state other than California that bought a Banks turbo and want to sell the CARB sticker????

Brilliant idea!!! Thank you!Call Banks and just ask them to send you one. That may not be as far fetched as it sounds. When I installed the Banks system the intercooler had not yet been CARB approved. When it was approved a couple of years later I called Banks and asked them to send me the EA sticker. They never even asked me for an invoice number, sales receipt or anything. They just sent the sticker. So give it a try. You need separate stickers for the turbo and for the intercooler. It remains to be seen whether it will be noticed by the smog tester that it isn’t really a Banks system.
