The rear lower shock mounts are rotated too low for the shock body to clear during articulation. I contemplated fabbing some extensions, but I talked to @All 4 Wheelin' and he pointed me to the Barnes rear lower shock mounts. We’ll cut off the stock brackets and weld on the Barnes.

Great job on the project. Lots of great things done to the Jeep. Really admire you and the boys relationship in the garage. Neither of mine had much interest in learning what Pop had to share. Thanks for all your efforts documenting all the work.

Thank you! You are kind. I kinda needed a kind word today. This is a frustrating but cool project. It’s already nice. If we can get the frame under control and the rig won’t fall apart in the process I think we have a winner.
