06 Engine & body harness in an 04 LJ body

I'm planning on swapping pretty much everything over from my 06 tj to an 04 lj body and frame i picked up. I've read that 05-06 have a very different wiring harness but did they change the body bulkhead openings at all or should I be good to swap everything over?

Its a 4.0 6 speed non Rubicon, I also have a spare ax15. Is it worth swapping it in and selling the 6 speed?

The body should be fine if swapping everything over. All the firewall openings are in the same place. The difference on 05-06 is they went NGC and the TCM was wired in with the PCM whereas the TCM was separate on 97-04

I would swap in the AX-15 to get rid of the garbage 6-speed.
