Hey guys, I know there are a bunch of threads around on the web about this but I can't find any specific detail on how to wire this correctly. I have the factory console sub and factory amp that I'm assuming went because the sub is basically not working now. I'm looking to upgrade the system to these components below:

Sub:

Amp:

I currently have this head unit:

I really just want to know how to wire this properly and I'm not sure what I'll need to do this so any help would be much appreciated!!

Same setup I have. This is very, very easy to wire. And this is coming from a guy who sucks with electronics.

After you remove the factory sub and amp, you'll put the new sub in place of it (which will require some cutting of the plastic sub box). After that, you'll connect the sub to the amp. Then, you'll run RCA cables from the subwoofer to the back of your head unit, and you'll find RCV inputs on the back labeled for "subwoofer" or "power amp" (something along those lines). There should also be a blue wire (I believe it's blue) coming from your head unit wiring harness that is labeled for remote. That wire will go to the remote wire on the amp.

You'll also have to ground the amp to the body, which is easy, and you'll need to run some thicker gauge wire (I used 12 gauge I believe) from the amp, directly to the battery (make sure the wire has an inline fuse). That's really all you have to do. It's actually very simple.

@RangerRick has almost the same setup, and he did a write-up on it here:
