06 Rubicon vibration

my Rubi has a vibration around 55-60 mph. Slower that that it's fine, after you get above 60 it gradually diminishes. If I disconnect the front driveshaft from the axle the problem vanishes. I have replaced the U joints in the front driveshaft and nothing changed. Could this be the u-joints in the front axles or should I be looking at the transfer case?
