My brother and I purchased the jeep back in early 2020, the owner before us did some modifications but many have stopped working and/or caused other systems to falter. We've been hearing a loud ticking noise in the front axle , we replaced the drivers side u joint (which was broken) but the problem still persists. In the pictures and videos I've attached it looks like the u joint was grinding against a bolt on the hub from the matching rub marks, the steering crossmembers are also rubbing up against each other, could also be the hub bearing or seal? Thinking of replacing the steering column, box, drag link, track bar, tie rod, pitman arm, sway bar, and sway bar links. Wondering if that would help sharpen up the steering and stop the ticking noise. its got a 3 inch suspension and 1 inch body lift looking to run 35s after regearing and upgrading the differentials. Im sure theres much more wrong than I'm mentioning and any knowledge would be greatly appreciated. the other ticking in the video is the welded rear diff. also the air locker doesnt work and will be removed.

thanks -
