Looks amazing. I’m tempted to adopt another one....and all the hard work has been done already!
 
This was purchased as a project, and it's time to move on to the next one. You'll be hard pressed to find a nicer TJ for the money. Many, many parts have been replaced, see details below, all fluids are fresh, the Jeep runs perfect and is rust free. It does have 200K on the motor, but you'd never know it. Anyone looking at this Jeep will not be disappointed. A few details:

1999 Sport
- Dana 30/35 combination with 3.73 gears and limited slip rear
- 231 Transfer case with stock skid
- AX 15 Manual
- H&R 1" Spring Lift, 1" Body Lift, and a 1" Motor Mount Lift
- Rubicon wheels (in excellent condition), with new 31" tires
- Stock front & rear bumpers
- Stock control Arms
- Savvy aluminum full tub and tailgate armor
- Savvy aluminum rock rails, with steel step
- Brand new sailcloth top

A more detailed breakdown of what's been done:

Exterior:
- Tub completely sanded, straightened & painted the factory color (Chili Pepper Red)
- Hood, grille, fenders, & 1/2 doors replaced

Interior:
- Low mile factory seats installed
- New HVAC controls
- LED Dash Lights
- New Sony sound system

Under the Hood:
- Complete new cooling system
- A/C condenser, compressor, & lines replaced (will need charging)
- Complete new exhaust (Header, downpipe, catalytic convertor, muffler and tailpipe)
- Brass freeze plugs installed
- New oil pump, valve cover gasket, oil pan & gasket, rear main seal
- Replaced factory engine air intake box with Ford Windstar air intake (Pulls air from the cowl)
- New distributor, wires, & plugs (All cylinders compression checked)
- New Bosch fuel pump
- Brown Dog 1" Motor Mount lift

Armor:
- Savvy aluminum full corner armor
- Savvy aluminum rocker guards with steel steps
- Savvy aluminum tailgate armor
- Genright Flak-Jacket aluminum tub panel armor
- Genright 1/2 door armor
- MORryde spare tire carrier


Drivetrain & Steering:
- AX15 with a completely new clutch assembly & B&M Sport Shifter
- New rear brakes, hardware and all brake lines
- New front brake calipers, pads and hoses
- New ZJ Steering upgrade
- New Stock TJ drag link

Suspension:
- Daystar 1” Body Lift
- H&R 1” lift springs (German made springs)
- Metalcloak front adjustable trackbar

The holiday and visiting family have kept me busy. Per my message, I'll touch base tomorrow and we can discuss details. To be up front, it's a 20 year old vehicle and isn't perfect. That said, it's the nicest one I've seen in my area and it has quality parts installed.
