2000 Jeep TJ loses all electricity

Hi everyone. Hope someone can help because I just can't figure this out. My 2000 Jeep wrangler 5spd manual loses all electricity after about 15 min of driving. Headlights, dome light, brake lights all gauges and radio. It stays running and doesn't want to stall. Brand new battery and it starts right up when I get home and try and start it.
I'm no professional mechanic but have worked on cars most of my life but this one stumps me. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the cables from the alternator/battery that attach to the PCM power buss (fuse box in engine compartment); ensure the leads are clean and tight.

From you description something is getting hot and breaking down, or a bad connection/lost ground-

Focus under the hood and start with your largest wires and work your way down- use a bright light and pay close attention-

You live in a salty area I’d imagine- Check grounds for corrosion.
