WTB: 2000 or older XJ/Cherokee

I'm looking for an XJ for my wife. 2000 is the newest I'd like to go. 4.0 auto a must.
I'm willing to drive up to around 800 miles from Erie, Pennsylvania.
It's gotta be rust free!! I can find plenty of rot boxes around here.
Mechanically, I have to be able to get it home preferably without towing, but I'll buy the Blue Ox tow bar plate if the XJ is the right price.
Please keep a look out for me?

I'm right at the edge of your range.

The big limiter is I want a distributor, not coil packs. Less electronics
