Hey guys!

I would love some comments/feedback on the price I'm asking for my jeep. I knew I wouldn't be able to get this asking price locally, but I figured someone from the east coast or up north would love to have a low mileage and rust free rig!

I know most people lift theirs, put a lotta mods in, etc - but, when I originally looked I didn't want a modified jeep. I wanted to do my own, and sadly I haven't had the chance to enjoy it much. But, now I'm selling it without modifications and didn't know if that would hurt or help the price? Love to know what you all think about the asking price. I would actually take less, but figured anyone and everyone wants to get a deal right? ;)

Was thinking about lowering it out on Autotrader, but I appreciate any comments or offers!

Very nice, super low miles, but 21k is too high for a Sport and will likely turn potential buyers off. If it was a Rubicon then 21k is reasonable.

X2. For a sport its too high. I would say you might get around 15k-17k but you'll need to wait for a buyer who would rather have a mint sport then a rubicon near 100k miles. But I do feel stock in this case will help you.

Good luck on the sale and I hope it goes well.

Stock is usually better for re-sale, due to the fact that many who buy them with intent to modify have specific plans and parts they want to install. However, $21K seems too high for a Sport. Does it have a Dana 44? I'm guessing $15-17K. I bought my X with 46K miles for $12K.

Base price should be 10-12k. What you are working is the premium for low miles. I'd suggest monitoring Craig's List, etc and see what the going rate is for typical comp. Like everyone else pointed out, you're up against the bottom of the Rubicon market. 15-17 is optimistic (IMO), but if you're patient, who knows.

Thank you gentlemen! I know what the value was when I went to KBB, and I knew it wasn't it. Then I went to Carmax and got an offer and I knew that wasn't it either. I also realize it's worth what someone else is willing to pay for in inevitably! I've lowered the price down a few thousand.. we'll see where it goes from here.

I appreciate your input and assistance!
