2002 Wrangler X Apex Edition
4.0L I6
5 speed manual
116K Miles
It spent the first 20+ years of its life in Tennessee before I bought it last August. So, it has absolutely zero rust on the body and just a little bit of surface rust in some spots on the frame. The top and interior are in really good shape and it runs great. Not many extras to it besides American Racing rims, rivet style(?) fender flairs and an aftermarket stereo (which I know nothing about). I think it's pretty much stock otherwise.
Issues?:
- It has a bit of a rear main seal leak but it doesn't leave any spots and I've never had to add any oil to it. So, it wasn't high on my priority list.
- The motor is a little bit grimy but no more than I would expect for a 20 yr old vehicle.
- The driver's side window takes some extra elbow grease to roll up when it's particularly cold and dry outside.
- The hood has a crease/dent in it where it looks like it got knocked up against the top of the windshield frame pretty good.
In the interest of full disclosure, here's my original post asking for opinions on asking price https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/how-much-money-is-my-2002-apex-edition-tj-worth.69382/

Side note: I've never listed a vehicle for sale online before and was absolutely unprepared for the number of scammers that would descend upon me.
