Need a John Henry Rock Drill. I do think this one would be used in the replanting of saguaros.

Then you need one of these. It's what I use (mine no longer looks pretty, though) because I live on a solid piece of rock with about a foot of dirt on it:

It's a down-pressure rig with a rock auger on it. Drills solid rock!

I think the point with our poor Jeep here, that it is capable to drive to the jobsite where the tractor would need to be trailered.

I don't know if I'd want to drive that thing down a highway. Any evasive maneuver required, and it's gonna flop! It sure is an interesting rig, though!
