That’s what a nice Rubicon is going for here in the states. I think that’s a pretty fair price for what I’ve been seeing here lately. What would that go for in Canada?

Definitely a fair price. Especially for a one owner with low mileage. It is kind of a con that it’s been offroad so much but if I had the money, I probably wouldn’t think twice about it.

Hard to say without seeing a full Mod list, the market here seems top out at 16-17K CAD for the cleanest, most built jeeps, Roughly 12K USD. For reference there's a Rubicon for sale in my area with around 46K Miles on the clock, long arm lift, 35s, winch, bumpers, the whole nine. They're asking 17,500 CAD and I have my doubts they'll get it.
You seldom see AEV parts or roll cages on TJs around these parts so maybe that's what gets the price up there, you'd still probably have a hard time finding someone who wants it enough to pay anywhere near that.

Semi joke aside, I got my Rubicon for 14.5k with 52k miles bone stock. I've had countless people around me say I got hell of a deal. People just want Jeeps. I'd gladly over pay for one if I knew it was a gem I was getting, and many others will too.

Mine was 13.5 with 96ishK, I replaced all suspension components but did get the bumpers, winch, tires, and a hard top that I sold in the deal.

I wouldn't worry as much about the off-road mileage as I would about the miles it was towed. Jeeps are very popular with the RV set and the odometer doesn't run when they are towed.
