***PARTS UPDATE***
I Have number of you gentlemen patiently waiting on front bumpers, corners etc. The next batch of front bumpers should go to Press Break next week, Then welded, theeeeeeeeen shipping out. I have 8 in this batch and all 8 are spoken for. I have a few sets of LJ rockers on order looking at 3 to 4 weeks, LJ corners are 2 weeks out, TJ corners are 2 to 3 weeks out (one set is with no hinge holes). I should also have a set of TJ rockers "in stock" next week. That's a first lol!
Soft shackle mounts are in stock and shipping out. I have some A pillar Light brackets in stock as well.
I am making a "shorty" set of LJ corners, I will post some pics and dims once made. They wrap the corner and terminate right past the vertical tub seem.
Rear bumper is in REV2 stage. Hitch portion meets my needs and is done. Soft shackle mounts are being made and will be tested before release.
I will have a 97-2001 Tailgate Plate mixed in with some of the parts above.
One of the LJ Rocker kits is going to have stainless rash guards. If they work out well and aren't a nightmare to countersink I will start offering a stainless rash guard option.

Just wanna say I ordered a front bumper and TJ rockers a while ago. Haven't installed them yet but they look amazing. Was pretty quick to ship and I was away on a hunting trip when they arrived 
Just so y'all know the customer service, @Fluxor sent an email about the rockers saying 25mm hardware fit better and he would ship them for free to me, and I presume everyone else. Top notch person!

Two versions. One with hitch and one without.
Adding the hitch later would not be a huge big deal. Measure twice, drill some holes and connect the dots.
Hardware is boxed and will be dropped of at ups tomorrow.

How about some comer rub rails? Your probably gonna make something nicer than I can make but trying to cover my bases.
Funny enough I was working on some ideas earlier this week.
Some pics with all parts in place. Should be getting the second article next week.

I find the rash guard design absolutely beautiful!
Here is my new bumper
Acid etch on the aluminum, alodine coverersion coating ,then 2 k epoxy primer , topped with AEV touch up paint . High gloss black on the rash guards, also uses arp 12 pt stainless bolts

@Fluxor - Need you to start a new thread for all your great products so you still have a build thread. Saying that as a guy who loves Khaki Jeep TJs and wants to see your thread be a build. (BTW - Get to work! This build is getting stalled ā what else are you doing??)

I had a customer ask about making a rear torque box stiffener like the one @mrblaine makes. At first after talking to Blain I said no, but then after talking some more I said why not, lol. He makes them custom fit each jeep to perfection with NO gaps anywhere. Part of the issue is everyone mounts their corners slightly different. One side may not line up with the other etc. These will have a small .0625 gap from where I think your corner will end and where the base plate will begin. You may have file some material to make it fit, again there is zero way for me to tell how and where all corner guards will end.
Please let me be clear this is his idea and design not mine. He has given me his permission to make some of these. This one has the cutouts for the BAJA designs S2 back up light. I still think its a better option then what I see on the market in regards to looks and function.
The customer that asked and I said no has first dibs!
I am also working on rub rails. I need to check on a few things before these become real. I think I can bend them in the press I made for the corners. Time will tell. If need be I can make a press and tool specific to this part. 5/8x1.25 6061.
I have a rub rail for the rockers too. It needs more investigation. It may be cost prohibitive.
