2004 Power Steering Pump Pulley Plastic vs Metal

I’ve been having some whining with my steering when turning from a stop or slow speeds. Flushed and replaced the power steering fluid and it’s still there so my next assumption is the pump is starting to fail. My 2004 TJ has a plastic pulley but the Mopar replacement pump and pulley I found on eBay came with a metal pulley.

Does anyone know if the two pulleys interchangeable or should I swap my plastic pulley on the replacement pump I received?
