I believe that was stock on the Rubicon Sahara package. Some non-Rubicon LJs had them too.

That’s where the term unicorn comes in haha. It’s a company American expedition vehicles that created a stock fender/flare kit that allows you to run 35s stock or 37s with a 2.5” lift.
