Ugh, why!?! Not a bad looking Rubi though sans the bumpers. Hard to say what the frame is like, but seems reasonable.

That is tough. I think the winning factor would be which of the two would be cheaper and/or easier to go back to stock. I hate those damn flares on the 2nd as well though.
