2006 Wrangler X top upgrades

I have a 2006 Wrangler X inline 6 and looking top upgrades. Right now everything is basically stock.

Can you guys recommend...

- best radio upgrade?
- best shocks and struts to use (not looking to lift my jeep though)
- best seats or seat covers for a more comfortable ride?
- best tires?

best is subjective. What I consider best may not be agreed upon by the next guy. It is probably better for YOU to state what your end goal is. What are the tires and suspension for? Off-roading? Mall crawling? etc...

Basically use the Jeep for my daily commute to work...would like to do some light off roading

A stock TJ is perfectly capable of DD and light offroading. After you get in the dirt for a while you should have a much clearer idea of what direction you want to upgrade to.
