2012 wrangler sport rattle in the back

I have a rattle coming from the back of my 2012. I bought it new and it only has 22,000 miles on it. It looks like it might be the cover for the jack assembly since there is only one "tie down" - anyone else have this problem???

Could indeed be the jack assembly. That's the first thing I'd check.

Please describe the rattle. Is is a metallic or a chirping plastic sound?
