None that I'm aware of. Though this is a TJ forum (not JK) so we aren't going to be the best people to answer that question.
Let me expose my prejudice here...JK's are a nice vehicle with lots of fiddly bits to break, wear out and cause issues down the road. The reason you see CJ's and YJ's still tooling around doing Jeep stuff is because they are dirt simple with nothing (almost) that isn't absolutely required to make them go. Complexity means fragility. Adding failure points increases the probability of failure.
Don't get me wrong here, I'd buy the wife a brick red JKUR in a heartbeat and she would be thrilled to death with it. My expectation would be that I'd put an order of magnitude more into maintenance and repair over my TJ SE though. Eventually it would become Just like the SE as the fiddly bits stopped working and the parts to repair it became hard to find and expensive. As always YMMV with your expectations.
On the initial run of 2012 JKs, there was some issue with a defective cylinder head on one side of the engine:

which, I believe, was redesigned somewhere in the latter part of the 2012 production run...

No issues I know of, my fiances Dad has a 2012 JKUR and has had no issues. A couple recalls, but its still chugging along
